Shoparoo offers various surveys that can be completed for bonus Roo Points, sweepstakes entries, and more. Surveys are generated based off of your shopping habits and what you buy. To be eligible for more surveys, submit qualifying receipts on a regular basis to help increase your odds!
Surveys in the Earn Page
You can find your available surveys on your Earn page! It'll be available along with other bonus opportunities provided on Shoparoo.
Once you complete the survey and are rewarded for it, it will show up in the section titled "Completed Surveys" in the Earn page. In this section, you will see the history of all of the surveys you completed.
Surveys from Receipts
When you qualify for a survey after uploading a receipt, you should see that the bonus is available under that receipt in your Receipt List.
When you select the receipt, you will be able to access the survey through the Receipt Details page. You can also access this survey on the Earn page.
There may be instances when you are unable to complete the survey for a couple of reasons:
- Based on the answers you provided, you are no longer eligible to complete the survey and do not qualify for the full reward amount
- Some surveys may no longer be active, as most surveys have a set period of time they are available
- A survey is currently under maintenance
